#1. OVERVIEW:

"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person who logs on/Joins this website/server and is compliant with the Siren terms and conditions. This server is operated by Throughout the server/website, the terms "we", "us", "our(s)", and "ourselves" refer to Siren. The term "woof" is referred to spoof. We use the word woof in this case.

The words "parties", "party", and "third-party", are referred to any other terms and conditions of companies besides ours. When accessing this server and website you agreed to our TOS and read our INFO tab. Please read this TOS carefully.

#2. LEAD RESPONSIBILITY NOT TAKEN

All the software is safe and professionally debugged and tested. No damage to your pc will be done. This never happened before either. Also, we don't take any responsibility for our resold products. We don't have control over them. Please do not blame us for any issues related to these products. We have no control.

#3. COOPERATION

Siren requires your cooperation. That means the customer in this case must follow the exact protocol as given to either receive a refund, new License or reset for example. If there is no cooperation (toxicity, just not listening) your refund rights will instantly expire. We are here to HELP YOU. Cooperate with us, please

#4. USAGE OF SERVICES (+ REFUNDS)

All CUSTOMERS are entitled to a FULL (100%) REFUND. Refunds will be issued directly to the Customer. If the product does not function as advertised, a refund will be PROVIDED. We maintain a STRICT refund PROTOCOL; adherence to our guidelines is REQUIRED. We have a refund protocol, meaning you have to follow everything we say; if issues persist, a refund WILL be GRANTED. Please review the "No Refund" policy to avoid any complications.

#5. NO REFUND POLICY

Some invalid refund reasons are listed here:

• Expired warranty, or no cooperation with support
• All products listed anywhere but the "PERMANENT UNBAN"
• Unsupported Win Version (11), exchange of service could be given
• Used Giftcards (e.g. vouchers) as a payment method
• Key sharing, or having violated our terms
• Improper usage of our products
• Excessive toxicity within tickets
• Any Lifetime license, or Unsupported Woof

#6. WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS

Warranty is only available on the permanent woofer we sell. This warranty time is a maximum of 7 days. You're fully responsible for how you use these 7 days. After the time is up, you do not have refund rights anymore. Exceptions are made if the issue was on our end (e.g delivery delays), and your warranty will be extended.

#7. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES

The products sold by "Siren"/listed in this server, are only for educational purposes and are meant to be used only in private servers. It's absolutely forbidden to break any third-party TOS with it. No listed items/products infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead is purely coincidental. This is a work in progress and subject to change. Void where prohibited. Some assembly is required. The educational products are labeled as "educational" at the bottom. We do not have a TOS-breaking intent with this.

#9. To Product Developers/Law Enforcement/Anti-Cheat Companies/Brand Representatives/Anti-Cheat workers

We take no responsibility for the user's actions while they are utilizing the products that we provide nor are we associated with them in any way besides providing access to said products. We do not hold sources, drivers, licenses, or any data of the said (listed) products in this server (Siren). We are also not breaking your EULA, TOS, etc. In any form, as we have not agreed to it in the first place nor hold any accounts, licenses, etc. on your platforms and we will never either.

#10. EXCLUSION CAUSE

If you are an employee or volunteer of, previously employed by or volunteered at, associated with, represent, or are acquaintances or family with a member of Valve Corporation, Bohemia Interactive a.s., BattlEye Innovations, CEVO LLC, (EAC) EasyAntiCheat Ltd., Turtle Entertainment GmbH, E-Sports Entertainment LLC, Riot Games, Tencent or any legal or other firm representing the aforementioned organizations, you are explicitly not permitted to access any products or services offered by "Siren" in any regard whatsoever, as well as visiting the website/server.

#11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Goods and services of third parties may be advertised and/or made available on or through this website/server. Representations made regarding products and services provided by third parties are governed by the policies and representations made by these third parties. We shall not be liable for or responsible in any manner for any of your dealings or interaction with third parties

#12. YOUR CONDUCT

You agree that our website/server may expose you to Content that may be objectionable or offensive. We shall not be responsible to you in any way for the Content that appears on our website/server nor for any error or omission.

#13. APPLICABLE LAW

You agree that this Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of your use of this server/website or our products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws where the headquarters of the owner of this server/website is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By registering or using this server/website and service you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the county or city where the headquarters of the owner of this server/website is located.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
• (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses

#15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible loss (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from or arising out of

• (i) the use of or the inability to use the service,
• (ii) the cost to obtain substitute goods and/or services resulting from any transaction entered into through the service,
• (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data transmissions,
• (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or
• (v) any other matter relating to the service.

#16. MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

• (i) In the event that this Terms of Use conflicts with any law under which any provision may be held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties, such provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of this Terms of Use will remain valid and intact;
• (ii) The failure of either party to assert any right under this Terms of Use shall not be considered a waiver of that party's right and that right will remain in full force and effect;
• (iii) You agree that without regard to any statute or contrary law that any claim or cause arising out of this website/server or its services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause arose or the claim shall be forever barred;
• (iv) We may assign our rights and obligations under this Terms of Use and we shall be relieved of any further obligation

#17. MESSAGE/CONTENT

Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages/content posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this website/server. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

#18. PRIVACY POLICY

Since Siren does not hold any of the products, we also do not hold any of the databases, which means we do not hold any of your user information. The only info that is being held is your IP address on the website, and standard info such as HWID and user SID to improve our functions on the website. Siren does not share any of their collected information with websites or third parties.

#19. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Siren, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Party") from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) (collectively, "Losses") arising out of or resulting from any third-party claim, suit, action, or proceeding (each, a "Claim") that arises or results from:

• a. Any breach of this agreement by Siren
• b. Any negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable law by Siren.

#20. TPM / SECURE BOOT SOLUTIONS

For customers looking to bypass the Secure Boot / TPM restrictions, they will be presented with 3 options upon purchasing. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this policy before purchasing. If you are not satisfied with these options, please inform support before purchasing in order to avoid any unnecessary conflict.
